All about the Vegetarian Athletic Lifestyle

I’m a long-time-long-term vegetarian.  …going on 16 years now.   I do it for ALL the reasons – animal rights and the peace-of-mind that I’m adding a little less suffering to the world, environmental sustainability, health, and taste.

Beyond the veg lifestyle – I’m an educator and a student.  I teach music production at McNally Smith College of Music in Saint Paul, MN and am a graduate student at Hamline University.  I’m also a personal trainer and martial artist.
